What do you use to doodle with? Is that digital art?

This drawing was done based off of a thumbnail image I saw online when I searched for “cat drawings.” I used a folded dip pen with India ink, and chalk pastels.
Sometimes I wish I did digital art, because then I could undo my mistakes, but I feel like my hodgepodge of mixed-media doodles has a more organic texture that I prefer. However, it means I have to accept a lot of imperfections as I learn.
