I Should Post a Picture of the Snow — but I won’t. 🙂 Instead, you get another elephant.
The deep snow we’ve received is beautiful, but it’s time to buy a snowblower. Right now my back is calling the shots, and that’s what it is clearly saying to me.

I am thinking hard about these verses right now. 3 Nephi 28:34-35 is very strongly worded. I can only suppose that this is how Alma the Younger must have felt when faced with an angel admonishing him to stop leading people away from the church. I am grateful to know that Heavenly Father will give us every opportunity to turn to Him and accept the Savior’s atonement. I think that facing God’s judgment must be very painful, but I think that in the middle of such a state of hellish woe, even then we can be snatched from it by our turning toward the hope and promise of Jesus Christ.
34 And wo be unto him that will not hearken unto the words of Jesus, and also to them whom he hath chosen and sent among them; for whoso receiveth not the words of Jesus and the words of those whom he hath sent receiveth not him; and therefore he will not receive them at the last day; 35 And it would be better for them if they had not been born. For do ye suppose that ye can get rid of the justice of an offended God, who hath been trampled under feet of men, that thereby salvation might come?
