Some Chinese Rules and a Random Thought

Chinese Plumbing Rule #1: Water always runs downhill.

Chinese Plumbing Rule #2: As long as water runs downhill, no matter the path or the speed, every thing is fine.

Chinese Living Rule #1: Stand upwind of the water.

Chinese Living Rule #2: Don’t stand in mystery puddles.

Chinese Living Rule #3: Take off your shoes when entering your house, there’s no accounting for where they’ve been without your awareness.

Chinese Bus Rule: There’s always room for one more.

Someone told me the Chinese don’t need to wear deodorant. Yes. They. Do.      I wish they did. Especially in light of the Chinese Bus Rule.
