This is one of the strongest women I know, and she constantly (through her actions) reminds me that success requires spiritual strength as well as physical grit and determination. 

​I was thinking, as I read Helaman 4 today, that at least we aren’t this bad yet, but then I remembered the riots here in the US this past week. Hmm… 

“1 And it came to pass in the fifty and fourth year there were many dissensions in the church, and there was also a contention among the people, insomuch that there was much bloodshed.” https://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/hel/4?verse=1&lang=eng#p1

I think, though, that these are not just problems that are “out there” somewhere, because how often do we as individuals find ourselves in hot water because we failed to commit to gospel principles strongly enough to act in faith with nothing wavering (James 1:5-6)?
