Alma 33:7-8 “7 And when I did turn unto my closet, O Lord, and prayed unto thee, thou didst hear me. 8 Yea, thou art merciful unto thy children when they cry unto thee, to be heard of thee and not of men, and thou wilt hear them.” 

I’m really loving these verses. When I have problems that I can’t talk to anyone else about, I can turn to my Heavenly Father, and tell him privately what they are, and he will hear me. What a great comfort it is to know that my most trusted confidante is the most powerful being in the whole universe. Wow, what a thought!
