Learning To Trust God

It seems like it should be an easy thing to say, “Okay, Father, I can’t fix this, so I’m leaving it in your hands.”
And sometimes it might be easy to say. The hard part is not yanking the problem back later to worry about it.

Philippians 4:6 (NIV)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Isaiah 40:26 (NIV)

Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.

Jacob 4:10 (Book of Mormon)

Wherefore, brethren, seek not to counsel the Lord, but to take counsel from his hand. For behold, ye yourselves know that he counseleth in wisdom, and in justice, and in great mercy, over all his works.
