Today’s thoughts are short and sweet.

As Moroni mourns the death of his people, and the wickedness and carnage he witnessed, his words remind me that God’s justice and mercy are perfect. This may discourage some, but I find it a source of great hope. I believe that we will be given every opportunity to acknowledge the truth of His justice, and access God’s mercy unto redemption.

22 O that ye had repented before this great destruction had come upon you. But behold, ye are gone, and the Father, yea, the Eternal Father of heaven, knoweth your state; and he doeth with you according to his justice and mercy.
