Foreign governments who allow the Dalai Lama to visit are often accused of “hurting the feelings of the Chinese people”.
China has repeatedly warned foreign heads of state not to meet the Dalai Lama, with Zhu Weiqun, the executive deputy head of the Communist party’s United Front Work Department, saying: “We will take corresponding measures to make the relevant countries realise their mistakes.”

It’s a good thing China doesn’t interfere with the affairs of other nations and they never would hurt the feelings of another nation, oh no, not that.
winner-winner, chicken dinner 🙂
Great post, its too bad that many in the west have not visited China to see its ugly reality. For instance, you are bringing to light the point that China, as a country , chooses to economically punish countries that do not agree with her on the Dali issue. The world needs to wake up to the China reality.
