If the city can actually afford to do this, it’s wonderful. I bet the street-sweeper people will be paying super close attention now. Anything that helps people here stop and think before throwing cigarettes or anything else on the ground is a very good idea. Anyone else remember the “Don’t be a Butt-Head” campaign that used to run in the U.S?
