Crazy for Cake

My last post about our weekend adventures mentioned the Crazy Cake Recipe that I use as a basic cake recipe for just about every kind of cake you can imagine. It’s the best thing I learned from my high school foods class. I learned a lot of other stuff in that class, but this is the one thing I’ve used most often and my original recipe card proves it.  I’ve had some requests for the recipe so I’m posting a link to another website where I’ve already written it out. You can find it here. I’ll probably post the carrot cake adaptation at another time.
